salmon & tomatoes

ingredients:

cherry tomatoes
thyme
lemon
garlic
olive oil
fillet of wild salmon
basil
pepper, salt

Salmon season with pepper, salt and little bit of olive oil. Cut tomatoes into quarters and then add to them the juice of half of a lemon, one tablespoon of olive oil, thyme, pepper and salt. Grease Ovenware with olive oil, put seasoned salmon, sprinkle it also with lemon peel, at the end of the dish, add pre-made cocktail tomatoes. The whole dish bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
