Trout with green beans and cherry tomatoes

– trout
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves of garlic
– one lemon
– a handful of green beans
– a few cherry tomatoes
– herbal salt, rosemary, herbs de Provence,

 Wash trout thoroughly, sprinkle salt and rosemary from all sides. To the inside of the fish dunk two tablespoons of butter and one clove of garlic cuted into strips. Put the trout into grease casserole and sprinkle it with juice of half a lemon, put on the skin the second clove of garlic cut into strips, and a second half of a lemon cuted into pieces. 

The vessel covered with tin foil put into the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. After this time, take off the foil and add tomatoes. Leave in the oven for 10 – 15 min. Before serving, season with Provencal herbs, add cooked green beans and olive oil.
