Thai chicken curry


– chicken breast
– Thai red curry paste
– can of coconut milk
– green peppers
– red onion
– a few cherry tomatoes

Fry the curry paste in oil , add half of can of coconut milk, wait until everything will cook, add chopped chicken breast and fry for 7 minutes, add chopped peppers, onions and tomatoes, then the rest of the coconut milk. Heat for a few minutes. served with rice. Fast, healthy and full of taste!
