Crumble
– A mixture of frozen fruits or fresh ones
– 1/2 cup toasted flaked almonds
– 2 tbs butter
– 2 tbs sugar
– 2 tbs flour
Sauce
– 1 and 1/2 cup of milk
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 teaspoon cornstarch
– 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
– 2 tbs sugar
In a half glass of milk, dissolve the cornstarch, add the egg and vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly. Boil the rest of the milk. Add to the boiling milk this portion of milk with eggs, flour and sugar, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes on low heat. Remove from the heat. Let cool it and stir every moment.
Pour into four small vessels.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fruits (if frozen, thaw it) spread over the 4 vessels. Butter mix with sugar and add flour, knead with your fingers until you get the crumble. Sprinkle them with fruits, add the almonds and put in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until crumble starts to blush.
Serve crumble warm with a cold sauce.
