champignons with cheese and bacon


– 6 champignons
– Half a cube of cheese
– About 4 slices of smoked bacon
– chives
– salt

At the beginning we need to wash mushrooms (do not peel them) I use a brush with soft bristles. After washing, dry it with a paper towel. Put just the hats on a baking sheet. Mushrooms season with salt.
Grate cheese, and slices bacon into small cubes.
Prepared mushrooms, fill with grated cheese and put pieces of bacon.
So prepared Hats put in preheated oven for 15 – 20 min. Setting the oven, on 180 degrees
Sprinkle with a little chives before serving .
