apple tart

– 200g flour
– 100g butter
– Half a teaspoon of salt
– 2 egg yolks
– 1 package vanilla sugar
– 4 apples (2 sweet 2 acidic)
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 2 bags of vanilla sugar
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– A handful of walnuts
– One egg white
– 2 apples to decorate

Sift flour in a large bowl, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and the yolk. Knead on a homogeneous mass, wrap in foil and place in the fridge for an hour. After an hour carefully roll out the dough, transfer them to form. Cover the dough, with baking paper and place beans on it. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Peel and cut into slices 2 apples, then put in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon.
4 peeled and diced apples put into the pot, add sugar, vanilla sugar and cook until they fall apart. Previously baked tart fill with stuffing, sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon and then carefully cover with foam from whipped egg whites. Decorate the top with the previously prepared slices of apples (you can sprinkle sugar over the top just to get a crispy crust). Put in the oven for about 35 minutes.
