Pumpkin Seed-Crusted Chicken
Ingredients: - Chicken breast - Chopped pumpkin seeds - One egg - 50ml milk - Salt, pepper, garlic powder Cut chicken breasts along to make them thinner, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Mix egg on a plate with milk, dip breast in egg and then in pumpkin seeds. Fry in oil until meat is done. Serve with a slice of lemon, rice and salad.
