Plum cake


– 295 g of wheat flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 100g caster sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 50g honey
– 1 cup (250 mL) Greek yogurt
– 150 ml sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
– powdered sugar
– 1 kg plums

All ingredients should be at room temperature.

Flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar – sift.

To larger pot add eggs, honey, yogurt and oil. Mix everything together with a fork to combine. Pour the dry ingredients and mix with a fork.
Insert the dough into a form. Lay cutted plums on dough .

Bake at 175 ° C for about 50 minutes.
