- 500g of minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- pepper, salt, herbs de Provence
- diced cheese
- spring onions

Sauce :

- butter
- flour
- milk
- yellow cheese


Add finely chopped onion to the meat, 1 egg , pressed garlic, season all with salt, pepper and herbs. Form the meatballs. Each of the meatballs fry in a pan for a few minutes, until the meat has set on the top and in the middle will still be raw. Put meatballs into a casserole dish .
Melt about a tablespoons butter in a saucepan, add a half tablespoons of flour, stir until golden brown, then add cold milk, mix until it will have a smooth consistency, at the very end add a handful of grated cheese and wait until the sauce thickens a bit. So pour prepared sauce on meatballs, sprinkle with lot of cheese. Bake for 30 – 40 min at 190 degrees. Enjoy, it’s full of taste!
