Ingredients:
0.5 kg of carrots
1 large leek
1 onion
fresh ginger
vegetableor meat broth
salt and pepper
paprika
tandori
Cut carrots, leek and onion into cubes and fry them in olive oil until they get soft. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and Indian spice tandori, When the vegetables will be tender, pour the broth and cook them still about 15 minutes by adding chopped ginger. Then mix it in blender. Serve it with pine nuts and cream
