1 portion of of buckwheat
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of fresh dill
2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour or wheat bran (you can also use regular flour but it is not advisable for people on a diet :))
1 cook buckwheat
2 in a bowl, mix cereal, egg, dill, flour, cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3 lecture the mixture with a spoonon on a hot frying pan and fry about 3 minutes on each side.
4 cakes can be served with smoked salmon, yoghurt, cooked chicken breast or vegetables.
