ingredients
– two eggs
– 5 tbsp of oatmeal mixed and blended
– 2 bananas
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Add the eggs to cereal, then add cinnamon and coconut, mix everything. At the end, add the banana and mix it all with a blender. In a pan fry the pancakes as usual.
